Quartz Custom Tube Infrared Heaters
Delivering the same high-temperature performance as our single and twin tube heaters, our infrared quartz tungsten and quartz halogen custom tube heaters provide uniform heat for curved or irregular shaped materials.
These precision elements suit materials which can’t be heated using a standard linear heater element. By using a unique heater geometry, matching the profile of the part or target material, allows consistent heat in every area.
Each heater emits infrared heat in a full 360° pattern, but custom shape heaters are available with a choice of reflective coatings of ceramic or gold. Covering 180° of the surface, the coating reflects the heat onto irregular shaped materials wherever it’s needed, giving superior results where a standard reflector would be hard to fit.
With rapid-response and efficient heat for all processes, these custom infrared heaters are available in a range of non-standard sizes, power outputs, voltage ratings, and termination types. Tubes are manufactured to the customer’s specifications and are subject to a minimum order quantity of 25 units.
