A versatile infrared quartz heating element (250 – 1,000 W) providing an instant heat response for a variety of industrial process applications. These elements are particularly effective for manufacturing processes where a rapid heater response is required.

Recommended radiation distance from heater is 100 – 200 mm
Minimum recommended spacing between elements: 5 mm.
Supplied with 100 mm ceramic beaded power leads
Ensure temperature of the aluminium clad steel body does not exceed 500 °C (932 °F).
Element should always be mounted so the quartz glass tubes are horizontal.
