Quartz Square Tube Infrared Heating Elements

A range of square quartz tube heating elements in four sizes with rapid response time for maximum energy-efficiency. Specifically developed by Ceramicx as legacy replacements for older vacuum forming machines, these quartz heater tubes have a wavelength range between 1.5 – 8 microns.

Depending on size, the STQH100, STQH112, STQH140, and STQH150 quartz heater tubes have a wattage range between 150W – 650W with a standard voltage of 230V (other voltages available on request).

For new installations and systems, we recommend using either the standard or pillared cassette emitters.
